This ultra tiny home is an original 1920’s era house with lots of charm and a convenient location. The house is old and was built when people were a little smaller than we are today! If you're 6' or taller, you may find the laundry and bathroom to require some overhead caution - otherwise the rest of the house is quite spacious. The home has a fenced front yard and partially-fenced back yard. It is a 5 minute walk to Canadian Tire, Save-On (with a Starbucks), London Drugs and local transit.
This quaint little home is entirely yours and was recently remodelled to include one bedroom, living-room, small dining area (for two), bathroom with shower and a kitchen. There is NO oven in this unit, but there is an electric cooktop and separate countertop oven for basic baking and cooking. There is a two-in-one washer/dryer in the home for your use as well. They tend to take a little longer to cycle, but do a good job!
