We’ll be with you from start to finish, ensuring your property turns out just as you imagined. Keep in mind that timelines, pricing, and services will vary depending on your property size and the package you select.
- Getting Started
We’ll kick things off with a chat about your property needs, budget, and goals. From there, we’ll craft a game plan and guide you through our process.
2. Service Agreement
This document lays out everything we can do for you, complete with a list of deliverables and costs. Once you sign on the dotted line, we’ll send over an invoice for your deposit.
3. Creative Planning
We’ll create a detailed design proposal, complete with design boards that show you how each room will look, a space plan for furniture placement, and a shopping list with links and prices.
4. Client Sign-Off
You get to review the plan and give your thumbs up. We’ll make adjustments if needed to ensure it’s perfect. Once you approve, we’ll collect half of the total fee, minus the initial deposit.
5. Ordering & Logistics
We’ll handle all the purchasing, from tracking shipments to managing deliveries and returns if necessary.
6. Setup & Styling
Our team will arrive onsite to unbox, assemble, and style each room and area of your property according to the design plan.
7. Online Setup
Photography, listing, and guidebook creation.
8. Property Launch
Start booking and start earning!
9. Co-Hosting
From guest communication to hiring cleaners, we’ll ensure your guests have the best experience on your property.
